Family Nurse Practitioner (FPA Requires) - Integrative Wellness Practice New

Within Reach Healing is a collaborative integrative wellness center located in Hinsdale, IL, offering chiropractic care, subconscious emotional work, esthetics, massage therapy, yoga, lactation support, bioscan technology, and therapy. We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority (FPA) or eligibility to join our growing team.

This is an independent contractor position with a percentage-based compensation model. You’ll have the opportunity to build a flexible, meaningful practice in a heart-centered, trauma-informed, cross-referring environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to individuals and families across the lifespan

• Perform physical exams, well visits, and sports physicals for children

• Support families with children on the spectrum and other chronic health needs

• Offer optional women’s health, fertility support, or functional/integrative modalities if within your scope

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated client care

• Maintain patient charts and coordinate any necessary referrals

Qualifications:

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with active Illinois license

• Full Practice Authority (FPA) strongly preferred

• Interest or experience in integrative/functional medicine

• Passion for holistic, individualized, and collaborative care

• Willingness to build caseload and engage in a supportive, cross-referring team culture
